Delivery area

We deliver to France, throughout the euro zone and other countries of the European Union, Andorra, Monaco and Switzerland.

We ship to the USA, Canada and Australia.

Shipping methods & costs

Shipping costs depend on the chosen delivery method and the amount of the order;

By default, shipments are made by Colissimo . Low volume or discounted items can be shipped by ordinary mail.

We also offer a express delivery mode by Chronopost.

In any case,  a tracking number will be provided

Means of payment

• payment by credit card via Paypal without opening an account
• payment by PayPal account (possibility of using bank or private cards)

VAT

No VAT is due outside the Europen Union. Within the UE, standard VAT is 20%.

Import duty

Outside the European Union, depending on your country, you may have to pay import duty on delivery. Please check your country’s import value limits before ordering or simply contact us for further information.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days following the reception to use your right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU). See further instructions.

The offer is valid until stocks are exhausted except for items on sale for which the offer is valid only during the legal period allowed
