Shipping

Packages are shipped within 3 working days after payment. They are sent via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Products subject to discounts may be sent by ordinary mail .

Packages can also be shipped via Chronopost and delivered against signature.

Whatever the mode of delivery chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.

Return

You have fourteen working days from the date of receipt to return items that do not suit you for exchange or reimbursement to the following address:

The product must be returned to us intact, in its original packaging, with all its labels and in a state suitable to be sold as  new; it must not have been worn, washed or ironed. If applicable, it must be returned complete, with all its accessories. If these rules ares not respected, the product will not be reimbursed in full or at all.

The return will be at your own expense according to the mode originally chosen for shipping.

Upon receipt of your package, we process your request of reimbursement within a maximum of 15 days.
